• Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and inspections on conveyor systems, forklifts, packaging machinery, and other warehouse equipment. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues. Execute preventive maintenance plans to ensure the longevity and reliability of equipment.
• Repair and Installation: Conduct repairs on malfunctioning equipment promptly and effectively. Install and set up new machinery as needed. Collaborate with other maintenance team members to address complex issues.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines during maintenance activities. Identify and rectify safety hazards in equipment and the work environment.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections. Provide input for the development of maintenance procedures and manuals.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with other departments to understand their maintenance needs and address them proactively. Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure seamless operations.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in industrial maintenance is preferred.
• Proven experience as a Maintenance Mechanic in a warehouse or industrial setting.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals and schematics.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to safety.

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable working in various temperatures and weather conditions.

• Operate One-Step Automatic Machines (Labels, Flushing, Snaps, Grommets, and Bag Sealing).
• Retrieve and/or distribute materials as needed.
• Perform regular maintenance on sewing machines to ensure they function properly.
• Perform Bartack Operations with Guides.
• Perform Serger Operations with Guides.
• Perform Single Need Operations with Guides.
• Perform Manual Operations such as Folding, Packing, Marking and Turning.
• Keep an organized work area and report any maintenance or repair needs.
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Inspect finished products to meet quality standards.
• Meet Production/Quality Standard consistently. 

• Proven experience as a Sewing Machine Operator or similar role.
• Ability to follow and understand written and/or verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders and specifications.
• Basic knowledge of fabric types and sewing techniques.
• Effective communication skills.
• Physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods while maneuvering various objects/supplies.
• Ability to thread machines, change/thread bobbin, and change the needle.

• Set up, operate, and monitor slotter machines according to production specifications
• Adjust machine settings, including blades, tension, and speed, to ensure accurate cuts and minimize waste
• Inspect finished materials to ensure they meet quality and customer standards
• Perform routine machine maintenance and report mechanical issues as needed
• Read and interpret work orders, production schedules, and measurements
• Track production output and complete required documentation
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

• Previous experience operating slotter, slitter, converting, or similar production machinery preferred
• Must be able to accurately read and use a tape measure (this skill will be tested during the hiring process)
