This role involves managing damaged inventory, ensuring proper sorting, and supporting production operations. Responsibilities
Collect and isolate damaged products; inspect, document, and sort them for salvage, donation, or destruction.
Manage damaged pallets in the recoup area and update inventory records.
Communicate with customer QA teams regarding inventory updates.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Support daily production tasks as assigned.
Operate equipment following safety guidelines.
QualificationsWhat It Takes:
Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs., and perform physical activities like kneeling, twisting, and reaching.
Basic math skills, including understanding fractions and measurements.
Comfort working in a non-climate-controlled warehouse for up to 12 hours/day.
Availability for overtime, including weekends.
Experience operating forklifts (2+ years).
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED.
Excellent attendance record.
Authorization to work in the U.S.
Successful completion of a background check and drug screen.
