Job Description

Manufacturing Associate Graham Personnel Services is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Manufacturing Associate to join a dynamic team at a warehouse facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing various tasks related to the manufacturing process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities:
  • Production Support: Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures. Assemble, package, and label products according to specifications. Conduct quality checks on products to ensure they meet established standards.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in managing inventory levels by monitoring stock and reporting discrepancies. Receive, unload, and store incoming materials in designated storage areas. Conduct regular inventory counts and participate in cycle counting activities.
  • Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Report any safety concerns, incidents, or accidents promptly to the supervisor. Participate in safety training programs and promote a culture of safety awareness.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with team members to achieve production goals and deadlines. Communicate effectively with supervisors, peers, and other departments. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvement.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on manufacturing equipment to ensure proper functionality. Identify and report any equipment malfunctions or issues promptly.
 Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and practices.
  • Forklift certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
  • Ability to operate and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory tracking.
  • Physical stamina and ability to lift/move heavy objects.
  • Computer skills 
 Working Conditions: This position involves standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods. The Manufacturing Associate will be exposed to a warehouse environment, including noise, dust, and varying temperatures.
