Job Description

Job Overview: We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining the inventory, receiving and shipping goods, and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the warehouse.Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management: Track and update inventory records, ensuring products are stored correctly and accurately. Perform regular inventory counts and ensure stock levels are maintained.
Receiving Shipments: Unload deliveries, inspect shipments for damages, and verify the accuracy of product quantities against purchase orders.
Order Fulfillment: Pick and pack orders based on customer requirements, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Shipping: Prepare shipments, label packages, and arrange for delivery through appropriate carriers.
Organization: Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment by organizing shelves, bins, and products in a systematic and accessible manner.
Data Entry: Enter shipping and receiving data into computer systems to track inventory and orders.
Quality Control: Inspect incoming products for quality and report any discrepancies to supervisors.
Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and ensure compliance with warehouse safety standards.
Collaboration: Work closely with other warehouse staff, supervisors, and managers to meet operational goals and deadlines.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; some warehouse experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 50 pounds).
Familiarity with warehouse equipment, such as forklifts or pallet jacks, is a plus.
Basic computer skills and experience with inventory management software is a plus.
Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift for long periods.
Ability to perform tasks that may require repetitive motions.

Schedule:

8am - 5pm or 9am - 6pm
