As a Warehouse Associate, you will perform essential warehouse functions during the overnight shift to support production and shipping/receiving operations. You’ll ensure accurate processing of materials, maintain inventory, and uphold safety and quality standards in a continuous operation environment.
Key Responsibilities
Comply with all company policies and assist in ensuring adherence to performance and safety standards
Process, package, and ship orders accurately during the overnight shift
Organize inventory and maintain stock accuracy
Inspect incoming and outgoing materials for defects or damage
Receive, unload, and place inventory items in designated locations
Check, verify, and fill documentation related to shipments and receipts
Maintain and organize warehouse space to maximize efficiency
Contribute ideas for improving warehouse procedures
Keep warehouse and work areas clean, organized, and safe
Requirements & Skills
1 year of manufacturing/warehouse experience
Dependable attendance and punctuality
Ability to work overnight hours consistently
Physical ability to lift, bend, walk, and stand throughout shift
Working Conditions & Shift
Industrial warehouse/plant setting
Use of material handling equipment and PPE
Exposure to noise, temperature variations, and moving machinery
Frequent walking, lifting, bending, etc.
