Trade Marketing Representative
Salary: $75,000 base + 12% quarterly bonus (team-based)
Territory-Based: Miami, Ft. Lauderdale
We're seeking a motivated Trade Marketing Representative to manage retail accounts within an assigned territory and drive sales through merchandising, relationship management, and strategic account support.
What You'll Do
- Execute territory sales and merchandising plans for retail accounts.
- Build strong relationships with retail partners through regular store visits.
- Negotiate product placement, promotions, and merchandising opportunities.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment as needed.
- Analyze sales trends, market activity, and competitor performance.
- Educate retailers on category management and merchandising best practices.
- Maintain accurate reporting and performance metrics.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma required; college graduates encouraged to apply.
- Experience in retail sales, trade marketing, merchandising, or FMCG preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn sales data into actionable insights.
- Experience with Trade Marketing Execution (TME) software is a plus.
