Job Title: Technical Documents Coordinator

The Technical Documents Coordinator supports the technical and regulatory team with a variety of administrative and documentation-related tasks. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and a general understanding of office procedures. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and comfortable handling confidential and technical information.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the technical and regulatory teams
File, scan, print, and organize technical documents
Compose and respond to emails professionally
Create and maintain reports and records
Answer phones and assist with general office communication
Support documentation related to food safety, quality, and compliance standards
Follow established procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance
Qualifications & Experience:
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Basic administrative and office experience preferred
Proficiency with standard office equipment and computer applications
Strong written and verbal communication skills
