Graham Personnel Services is assisting a client in Kernersville, NC fill a Team Lead on 3rd shift. Hours: 10pm - 9am Sunday - Thursday$20/hour Job Overview: As a Team Lead, you will play a critical role in overseeing staff operations, ensuring smooth workflow, and maintaining high standards of performance. Additionally, you will be actively working on the line, leading by example and directly contributing to the team's productivity. Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage daily activities of staff members, ensuring they are working in their designated department.
Conduct orientations for new hires, providing them with the necessary information and training to succeed in their roles.
Monitor and report staff absences and attendance including lunches and breaks ensuring adequate coverage and maintaining operational continuity.
Actively work on the line alongside your team, demonstrating best practices and maintaining productivity.
Address any issues or conflicts that arise within the team, facilitating resolutions in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain accurate records of staff performance, attendance, and other relevant metrics.
Foster a positive and productive work environment, encouraging teamwork and professional development.
