Graham Personnel Services is assisting a client in High Point fill a Supply Chain Manager opening. This is a direct hire opportunity.

Salary: $90K - $95K

POSITION SUMMARY
The Supply Chain Manager manages the clients manufacturing process including plans of improvement. The main responsibility of the Production Control General Manager is to improve the current production process to satisfy the required production of machine quantity, cost, and delivery date from the sales side. Most importantly, to maintain the total production process on time, including delivery from our outsourcing companies.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Oversee company s manufacturing operation to insure production efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources.
Plan, develop and implement strategies for generating revenue for the company.
Analyze manufacturing process flows continually for the enhancements of quality, cost reduction and throughput.
Communicate with vendors/customers
Increase management s effectiveness by recruiting, selecting, training, coaching, and counseling managers and supervisors; communicating values, strategies, and objectives; assigning accountabilities; planning, monitoring and appraising job.
Successfully manage people to achieve performance goals; coach and develop others, promote teamwork and performance management.
Make executive decisions for products design and modification communication and collaborate with product design engineers.
Work closely with Production Department to develop, coordinate and implement technical training for employees.
Design and develop manufacturing processes for enhancements, product changes and new products, and related fixtures and tooling that are consistent with zero defect level and low product cost.
Support company policies and procedures, goals and objectives, ISO polices and good manufacturing practices.


KNOWLEDGE
Knowledge of manufacturing concepts.
Ability to grasp modern technology quickly.
Must be a good communicator.
Ability to prioritize multiple projects.
Enthusiastic, cooperative, and positive behavior.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of MRP, Kanban.
ISO and SAP experience a plus.


SKILLS
Must have 10-15 years experience in Supply Chain Management.
Must have good analytical skills and should be detail oriented.
Must be able to work in a team and follow deadlines.
Must have good leadership and communication skills.
Must have excellent people management skills, including conflict resolution.

EDUCATION and QUALIFICATION
Bachelor s degree desired.
