Senior Maintenance TechnicianOverview:
We are seeking a skilled Senior Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep, troubleshooting, and repair of production equipment and facility systems. This role requires a hands-on professional who can work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining safety and operational standards.Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of production machinery and facility equipment.
  • Respond to emergency maintenance issues and perform unscheduled repairs to minimize downtime.
  • Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic system issues and implement solutions.
  • Read and interpret technical schematics, blueprints, and equipment manuals to ensure proper maintenance procedures.
  • Conduct routine preventive maintenance on machines and facility systems to optimize performance.
  • Operate a variety of hand and power tools, meters, and equipment necessary for repairs and installations.
  • Identify faulty operations or defective materials and report concerns to management.
  • Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing maintenance role.
  • Strong knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and industrial systems.
  • Experience with PLC troubleshooting and HVAC systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Associate degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance.
  • Prior experience in plastic injection molding or a related industry.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
  • Regular exposure to moving mechanical parts and occasional fumes.
  • Moderate noise level in the production facility.
  • Requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and lifting objects over 35 lbs.
Schedule:
  • Full-time position, primarily first shift, with flexibility for early or late shifts as needed.
