Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician with a strong background in electronic troubleshooting to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting a variety of equipment and systems. This role is essential in ensuring operational efficiency as we transition our company into the implementation of automation for our processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Preventive Maintenance: Perform regular inspections, maintenance, and repairs on electronic systems and machinery to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve electrical and electronic issues in machinery, equipment, and systems, utilizing appropriate tools and techniques.
- Repair Work: Conduct repairs on a variety of equipment, including PLCs, motors, sensors, and control systems.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other maintenance team members and departments to coordinate repairs and improve system performance.
- Upgrades and Modifications: Assist in the installation and upgrading of new electronic equipment and systems, providing technical support and training as needed.
- Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and procedures, actively contributing to a safe working environment.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in electronics, electrical engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance, with a strong focus on electronic troubleshooting.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in reading electrical schematics, using multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other diagnostic tools.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex electronic issues.
- Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills for collaboration and documentation.
- Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry equipment (up to 60 lbs]).
- Capability to work in various environments, including confined spaces and heights.
- Willingness to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
