Job Description

Shipping Coordinator – 1st Shift – $16.78/hr – Weekly Pay – Greensboro, NCWe’re hiring a Shipping Coordinator for a busy production warehouse in Greensboro, NC! This position is 1st shift, Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM, offering weekly pay at $16.78/hr.Job Duties:
  • Coordinate daily shipping activities to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
  • Prepare shipping documents, labels, and schedules
  • Communicate with carriers and vendors to arrange pickups and deliveries
  • Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and logistics data
  • Work closely with warehouse and production teams to meet shipping deadlines
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry and report generation
Requirements:
  • Strong administrative experience (shipping/logistics experience preferred)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or shipping environment is a plus but not required
  • Bilingual is a plus but not required
