Sewing Production Associate

*Direct Hire Opportunity!*

Job Summary:

This role involves operating industrial sewing machines to assemble pillow products in a fast-paced production environment. Experience with any type of industrial sewing machine is preferred—specific training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

· Operate straight line overlock machines to stitch and assemble pillow products.

· Work efficiently in a high-speed production setting to meet quotas.

· Follow production patterns and specifications to ensure accuracy.

· Conduct quality checks on finished products to maintain company standards.

· Assist with threading, tension adjustments, and minor troubleshooting of sewing machines.

· Maintain a clean and safe workstation.

· Work collaboratively with the production team to meet daily quotas and deadlines.

Qualifications & Skills:

· Previous sewing experience required (experience with industrial sewing machines preferred).

· Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced, high-output environment.

· Strong attention to detail and ability to follow sewing patterns/instructions.

· Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

· Reliable attendance and ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

· Willingness to learn and adapt to company sewing techniques.
Shift: 1st shift 7am-3:30pm
Pay: $16/hour
