pay rate $16-$18 Depending on Experience
Key Responsibilities:
Operate 1-needle and/or 2-needle industrial sewing machines to sew materials according to work instructions.
Read and follow production orders, patterns, and specifications.
Align materials accurately and ensure proper stitching, seams, and finishes.
Maintain consistent quality and meet production speed and efficiency standards.
Inspect finished products for defects and make minor adjustments as needed.
Perform basic machine setup, threading, and adjustments.
Report machine issues or quality concerns to the supervisor.
Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized workstation.
Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications:
Previous experience operating 1-needle and/or 2-needle sewing machines preferred.
Ability to work with repetitive motions for extended periods.
Basic understanding of sewing techniques and quality standards.
Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination.
Ability to meet productivity and quality expectations.
Willingness to learn and follow standardized work processes.
