Job Description

The Sales Systems Engineer plays a pivotal role in streamlining the sales process by designing, implementing, and maintaining system solutions tailored to meet the needs of our diverse customer base. This position requires a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a dynamic environment and possesses excellent interpersonal skills. Success in this role directly contributes to achieving sales targets and fostering company growth.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Closing Sales: Taking ownership of the sales process and ensuring successful closure of deals.
Project Design, Quoting, and Management: Overseeing the entire project lifecycle, including design, quoting, and resource management.
Understanding Customer Needs: Assessing individual customer requirements and proposing customized solutions.
Professional Presentation: Delivering polished presentations and proposals that reflect positively on the company.
Utilizing CRM System: Effectively managing customer data and interactions within the CRM system.
Meeting Project Deadlines: Consistently meeting or exceeding project deadlines to ensure customer satisfaction.
Customer Service: Providing exceptional support and maintaining positive customer relationships.
Technical Support: Offering expertise and proposing solutions to address customer challenges.
Team Collaboration: Collaborating with colleagues to identify opportunities for process improvement.

Qualifications:

1+ years of Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in a sales role.
Ability to read drawings/understanding of blueprints and 2d images (knowledge of AutoCAD and 3D modeling is helpful).
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite: Comfortable using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and precision.
Excellent Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication, both verbal and written.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Outgoing Personality: Sociable and able to build rapport with customers.
Team Player: Capable of collaborating effectively with colleagues.
Technical Background Preferred: Knowledge or experience in engineering, design, manufacturing, or installation processes is advantageous.

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods of sitting and computer use.
Visual and auditory acuity.
Ability to move freely in industrial settings.
