Sales Coordinator
Role description: assist and support the sales team with lead development, logistical and administrative duties to free up their time to focus on marketing, sales performance and strategy.
Role responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
General Responsibilities
- Provide customers with a quality-of-service meeting or exceeding expectations
- Support sales and marketing resources as needed, including but not limited to calendar management, resource coordination, support with travel and expense management, required data entry and reconciliation, follow up and outreach to existing and new opportunities
- Identify and pursue new software and services business within the existing customer base
- Pursue new software and services business with new customers
- Respond appropriately to business challenges within new and existing customer base
- Participate in sales team activities including status calls, strategic workshops and training events
- Follow procedures in documenting and communicating across the organization regarding all customer and prospect opportunities
- Centralized management of sales reporting and analytics
TM Support
- Data Entry
- Pipeline management & lead updates
- CRM hygiene for 3 supporting systems (Connectwise, Hubspot, Salesforce)
- Calendar management for TM’s as needed
- Epicor SE’s
- Coordinating update meetings and status communications with leadership
- Travel & expense management support as needed
Business Development
- Outreach
- Set up introduction calls with new opportunities
- Dormant opportunities follow-up and nurture
- Lead tracking and reporting for all business development
- Schedule follow-up meetings with other sales team members and prospects
- Central point of contact for all business development activities
Marketing Support (Nice to have)
- Webinar follow up and facilitation as needed
- Assist marketing activities as time and skills permit
- Provide input into sales and marketing strategies
Salary - 50K-60K
