Final Assembly Tech
Shift- 1st 6am-2pm
Pay- $17
Location- Winston Salem/Kernersville area
Your main responsibilities will be:
· Assemble various industrial fan products in accordance with detailed work instructions, technical drawings, and established procedures.
· Use hand tools, torque tools, and measuring instruments to perform precise assembly tasks.
· Conduct visual and functional inspections of completed units to ensure compliance with quality standards.
· Identify and report product defects, equipment issues, or process deviations to the appropriate personnel.
· Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with company policies, 6S principles, and safety regulations.
· Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to support efficient workflow and continuous improvement initiatives.
· Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
· High school diploma or GED required
· 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing, assembly, or a related technical field
· Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and wiring diagrams
· Proficient in using hand tools, torque tools, and measurement devices
· Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
· Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
· Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing tasks involving standing, bending, and reaching throughout the shift
· Comfortable working in a production environment with moderate noise and PPE requirements
