Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

We are seeking a hands-on Restoration Supervisor to join this growing team. This position is ideal for a dependable, detail-driven professional who enjoys leading teams, managing multiple projects, and delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and coordinate restoration projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency across all phases.
- Supervise and mentor technicians, providing clear direction and fostering a culture of accountability and teamwork.
- Oversee job scoping, equipment setup, and on-site management, ensuring each project runs smoothly.
- Maintain detailed project documentation, including job notes and photos.
- Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management, providing regular updates to keep projects on track.
- Monitor project timelines, resources, and deliverables to meet client expectations and company standards.
What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience in construction or restoration (project coordination, management, or team lead experience required).
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience—you know how to inspire a team and keep projects moving.
- 2+ years of project management experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with a focus on detail and follow-through.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining composure and professionalism.
- Strong sense of ownership and customer service, taking pride in seeing each project through to completion.
