We’re Hiring Fun, Energetic individuals for a seasonal Customer Service Representative role. Be ready to build customer relationships and increase customer loyalty for a Retail Apparel Company. You will be utilizing various channels, systems and browsers in a professional manner interacting with your team and customers on a daily basis. Responsibilities:
Assist customers with navigating and placing orders on the websites
Respond to a variety of incoming contacts including products, sales/promotions, orders and returns
Use appropriate telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills
Research inquiries and de-escalate customer’s concerns
Listen to customers to understand their needs; utilize knowledge and tools to appropriately respond to their needs
Respond to a variety of incoming contacts including products, sales/promotions, orders and returns
Use effective decision-making, problem solving and communication skills
Confidently interact with customers and other internal departments in a clear, concise, courteous and professional manner
Pay Rate: $16.50/hr ( Peak Pay)
MUST LIVE WITHIN 3 HOURS OF HIGH POINT, NC Available Shifts:1st Shift: 8 AM- 4:30 PM1st Shift: 9 AM- 5:30 PMMid-Shift: 10 AM- 6:30 PMSecond Shift: 11:30 AM- 8 PM Job Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required
Previous retail experience is a plus
Internet savvy, with the ability to navigate through multiple browsers and various search engines
Ability to work in a fast paced environment under the direction of a Team Manager
Excellent verbal and written business communication skills
Professional, flexible, positive team player
Ability and willingness to learn new skills and technologies
Passion for providing great service to customers
Must be able to work weekends, evenings and holidays
