Fill-In Recruiting Coordinator (Temporary)

Overview
We are seeking a temporary Fill-In Recruiting Coordinator to support recruiting and HR operations during a short-term assignment. This role is majority recruiting with a smaller percentage of HR support/assisting with employee functions, and requires someone who can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Recruit for skilled manufacturing roles (Machine Operators, Maintenance Technicians, etc.)
Support onboarding: New Hire Orientation, I-9s, E-Verify
Track applicants and schedule interviews/assessments
Coordinate job fairs
Support HR administrative tasks as needed
Manage Company Store one day per week (approx. 2 hours): sales, cash handling, restocking
Qualifications
Strong recruiting background, especially Maintenance Technician and Electrician recruiting
Highly organized
Comfortable managing multiple job postings and changing priorities
Creative approach to attracting and retaining talent preferred
Pay: $26.00/hour
Schedule: *Hours may vary as part-time, flexibility required*
