Graham Personnel Services is seeking a Residential Real Estate Paralegal for our client in High Point.
Direct Hire opportunityPay Rate: 45-55K-DOE
Job Details:

Prepare, review, and process real estate closing documents for residential transactions
Coordinate with lenders, title companies, real estate agents, and clients to ensure smooth and timely closings
Maintain detailed and organized closing ﬁles from contract execution to post- closing
Work in computer program “Softpro” to maintain client ﬁles and ﬁnancial records
Work with supervising attorney to resolve closing or title issues
