Job Description

Quality Control Inspector- 2nd Shift ORGANIZATIONAL RESPONSIBILITES:

  1. Maintain a courteous and professional approach with all business
contacts and fellow employees.
  1. Observe all Company policies and procedures.
 FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: 
  1. Assist with the support of production lines and supervision on quality issues.
  2. Complete all required documentation and submit at the end of shift.
  3. Assist with 1st articles of inspection as needed.
  1. Create/issue all labels for production daily to include pre-printed labels.
  2. Assist with ensuring correct lot code information is used on production lines.
  1. Prepare samples for shipment to customers.
  2. Perform any specialized incoming inspections as needed by customers.
  3. Perform quality inspections on any specialty projects. 
  4. Perform finished good quality inspections daily.
  5. Assist with the consolidation of rejects weekly/monthly/yearly.
  6. Participate in all physical inventories.
  7. Perform all tasks assigned by supervisor.
 REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 
  1. Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  1. Good mathematical and counting skills
  2. Good written and verbal communication skills.
  1. Organized and detail oriented.
  2. Computer literate
  3. Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and prioritize
  4. Ability to retain technical information
