Document and Data Collector

Job Description:
We are looking for a meticulous and tech-savvy Process Documentation Specialist to assist in documenting manufacturing processes in a fast-paced production environment. Working closely with a Lean Manufacturing team, you will play a key role in creating a library of clear, accessible instructional materials to support operational efficiency and training.

Key Responsibilities:

Capture detailed photos and videos of manufacturing processes on the production floor.
Edit photos and videos to ensure clarity and alignment with instructional goals.
Document processes and procedures accurately using Microsoft Word and Excel.
Organize and maintain a digital library of instructional materials for easy access.
Collaborate with the Lean Manufacturing team to ensure documentation aligns with process improvement objectives.
Ensure all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and consistent in format.
Handle sensitive manufacturing data with confidentiality and professionalism.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in manufacturing, technical writing, or related fields is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Basic photo and video editing skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively in a manufacturing environment and adhere to safety protocols.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Prior experience in manufacturing or documentation is preferred.
