Job Description

Graham Personnel Services is seeking a 2nd shift Quality Auditor for a manufacturing company in Greensboro. Pay rate: $17.90/hrShift: 2nd shift and the hours are 3pm-11pmTemp to hire opportunity
Overview: The Quality Auditor will be responsible for conducting audits of our manufacturing process and our products to identify any areas of improvement. In addition, the Quality Auditor will work with our Quality Control team to develop and implement new quality control procedures.Responsibilities:

Conduct in-process product quality audits to ensure items meet acceptance criteria
Communicate findings with operator, supervisors and management
Specify, implement, and test quality management procedures and controls to ensure organizational compliance with regulatory and customer requirements
Conduct audits of organizational processes, operations, and systems to identify and recommend changes and improvements
Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management processes
Train personnel about quality management
Develop and implement procedures and controls to manage quality processes
Maintain accurate documentation to support policies and procedures
Ensure that policies and procedures are followed, and that all work is documented in the company’s document management system
Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Extreme attention to detail
Ability to interpret product drawings and tolerances
Ability to utilize inspection and test equipment
Ability to learn and understand a variety of product applications and functions
Strong written and verbal communication skills – Bilingual skills a plus
Must be trustworthy, dependable, and self-motivated
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
