QC LAB Responsibilities include but not limited. Performing test on products and raw materials during the manufacturing process to ensure they meet established quality standards. Preventing unsatisfactory products from reaching any clients. Examine materials for any flaws and deviations from original product. Organize lab and maintain 5s safety protocol. Performing routine analytical tests, calibrations, preventative maintenance, and assist in problem solving. -Collecting samples, analyzing samples with lab techniques and documenting results to keep records with company rules and regulations. -Focus is to identify any issues or potential faults in formulas if any. -Conduct several test.-Calculate statistical data.-Perform routine maintenance and collaboration checks. -Identify and report any non-compliant products or processes -Cleanliness and sanitation in the production area.-Investigate any malfunctions per testing raw materials. -Attention to detail. -Communication skills.-Compliance knowledge.-Quality control.-Documentation & reporting
