Property Maintenance Coordinator
Location: Greensboro, NC
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday
Salary: $44,000-$48,000
We're looking for a detail-oriented Property Maintenance Coordinator to oversee maintenance operations for a growing property management team. This role serves as the primary point of contact for maintenance requests, ensuring repairs are completed efficiently while delivering excellent service to residents and property owners.
Responsibilities
- Receive, prioritize, and manage maintenance requests
- Troubleshoot issues and assign work to vendors or technicians
- Coordinate repairs and communicate updates with residents and property owners
- Obtain repair estimates and secure owner approvals when needed
- Monitor work orders to ensure timely completion
- Review vendor invoices, photos, and repair documentation
- Coordinate emergency maintenance requests
- Maintain accurate maintenance records
- Build strong vendor relationships while ensuring quality work and cost efficiency
- Partner with the Turnover Project & Vendor Manager on maintenance needs impacting vacant units or larger projects
Qualifications
- Previous experience in property management, maintenance coordination, customer service, or a related field preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with computers and property management software
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and customer service skills
