Graham Personnel Services is assisting a client in Greensboro, NC fill a Project Manager position on a direct hire basis.

Salary: $70K -$75K/year

Job Description:
Client seeking a skilled Project Manager with 2 or more years of experience in the multi-family industry. Projects range from 3-story new construction apartment buildings to renovation of existing apartment projects.
This individual will be responsible for managing several projects. They will be responsible for managing and tracking project documentation which includes: RFI s, drawings, schedules, submittals, samples, subcontracts, as well as insurance certificates.
Must be an effective communicator who is able to maintain positive relationships with owners, architects, property managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and other employees.
Some travel will be required. Our headquarters is in Greensboro, NC.
The Project Manager will need to:
o Facilitate meetings with their project team
o Supervise all project job site staff
o Ensure adequate manpower is in place
o Maintain detailed project schedule
o Manage Jobsite safety
o Manage/Update project costs & projected costs
o Manage monthly subcontractor pay application approval process.
o Manage monthly project invoice process
o Close out all subcontractor/vendor accounts, lien waiver, and warranty forms.
o Facilitate final project walk-through with ownership/client and KMW field staff
o Coordinate production of close-out manuals

Requirements:
Four-year construction degree or equivalent
Minimum 1-year field experience
OSHA Training
