If you are enthusiastic about the graphics industry, have experience with car decals and are looking for a change, please fill out the form below.Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage the daily operations of the shift - Ensure production goals and deadlines are met - Coordinate and assign tasks to team members - Monitor and maintain quality control standards - Train and develop employees on proper procedures and techniques - Implement and enforce safety protocols - Collaborate with other departments to optimize workflow and efficiency - Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that ariseExperience: - Previous experience in a supervisory or management role - Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, including prepress, color management, and layout design - Familiarity with wide format printing processes - Knowledge of forklift operation and machining equipment is a plus - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and leadership abilitiesWe offer competitive pay rates and opportunities for career advancement.
