Production Operations Manager

Job Description

Key Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. 
  1. Lead and manage the plant’s labor force and production lines
  2. Ensure overall quality of production
  3. Coordinate and optimize production schedules and factory utilization
  4. Implement strategies to enhance productivity and reduce costs
  5. Enforce health and safety regulations
  6. Align production goals with company objectives
  7. Provide strong leadership and support to the workforce
  8. Communicate effectively with management and teams
  9. Develop and refine workflow policies
  10. Analyze financial data for strategic decision-making with executive management
  11. Oversee and improve operational systems and processes
  12. Collaborate with sales teams to achieve targets
  13. Participate in long-term planning and project management
  14. Establish and maintain professional relationships with clients and vendors
Qualifications: 
  1. 5+ years in manufacturing operations, 3+ in a supervisory role
  2. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Industrial Fabrication or Manufacturing
  3. Proficiency in understanding welding and machining, drawings, OSHA regulations, and Lean Manufacturing concepts
  4. Excellent project management, organizational, and interpersonal skills
