Shift: 2nd Sun- Thurs 4PM-1AM
Pay: $18.00/hour
Job Summary:
The Production Employee is responsible for supporting daily food production and packaging operations within a warehouse environment. This role ensures products are prepared, handled, and packaged according to company quality standards and food safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, assemble, and package food products according to production guidelines
Inspect products to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with food safety standards
Operate basic production and packaging equipment safely and efficiently
Label, date, and palletize finished goods for shipment
Maintain a clean and sanitary work area in accordance with GMP and OSHA standards
Follow all food safety, hygiene, and company policies
Assist with loading, unloading, and organizing inventory as needed
Report equipment issues, safety concerns, or product defects to supervisors
Meet daily production goals in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
Previous food production or warehouse experience preferred
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Ability to work in cold or refrigerated environments if required
Reliable attendance and strong teamwork skills
