Production Associate

Job Summary:

This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment where teamwork and attention to detail are key. Associates will be responsible for assembling, inspecting, and packaging products while ensuring efficiency and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

· Perform basic production tasks such as stuffing, assembling, and inspecting pillows.

· Work efficiently in a fast-moving production line to meet daily quotas.

· Operate production equipment safely and efficiently (training provided).

· Assist with packaging and labeling finished products.

· Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.

· Maintain a clean and organized work area.

· Follow safety guidelines and company policies at all times.

· Work as part of a team to meet production goals and deadlines.

Qualifications & Skills:

· Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.

· Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

· Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

· Reliable attendance and teamwork are essential.
Shift: 1st shift 7am-3:30pm
Pay: $15/hour
