Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Printing Administrative Assistant to join a local commercial printing team. This is an entry-level position that offers the opportunity to grow within the company. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate copiers, printers, and cutting machines to produce high-quality printed materials. Assist with making copies and printing documents to customer specifications. Provide quotes at the front counter and process customer payments accurately. Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with inquiries or orders. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including light office cleaning tasks. Lift and move boxes of paper and supplies as needed (up to 50 lbs). Support the team with general administrative tasks as required. Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Basic computer skills and familiarity with office equipment. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Ability to lift and move heavy items safely. Prior experience in a printing or office environment is a plus but not required. Schedule: Full-time/Part-time hours available. 8am-5pm; closed Mondays, end time 4:30pm on Fridays Pay: $15-$17/hour
