Local company in Thomasville is looking for powder coat Sprayer. Experience with a manual spray gun. $18 for this role. First shift is Monday – Thursday 6-4:30 and 6:00-11:00 Fridays
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Handles a variety of different metal products and is responsible for understanding metal treatments for each product. • Examines product as it moves through finishing process to be certain it meets specifications. • Handles finishing substances and prepares these specific to each products’ requirements. • Needs to be willing to use sanders, buffers, and any other equipment needed for the job. • Needs to be able to read the job travelers and drawings in order to know what colors and other details of the part. • Apply coatings to specifications of build sheets. Prepares, coats, and finishes with powder coat. • Adjust the application process, application equipment, and materials being applied to achieve target appearance as specified by application inspection tools, color targets, production "step offs," and verbal instruction. • Clean, set up, and adjust pumps, agitators, regulators, spray guns, and wiping materials. • Use application process monitoring equipment which includes, but is not limited to: film thickness gauges, gloss meters, viscosity cups, stop watches, graduated measuring cups, air cap gauges, temperature sensors, calipers, and tape measures
