Job Title: Working Plumbing Foreman – Commercial Projects
Location: High Point, NC
Job Type: Full-time, Direct Hire
Schedule: Monday to Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay: Competitive (based on experience)

Description:
We’re looking for an experienced Working Plumbing Foreman to lead and work alongside a crew on commercial job sites. This is a hands-on leadership role – you'll manage the crew and keep projects on track while actively participating in the work.Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and work with plumbing crews on commercial projects
Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and job specs
Manage job site materials, scheduling, inspections, and quality control
Coordinate with general contractors and project managers
Enforce safety standards and ensure code compliance

Qualifications:

5+ years of commercial plumbing experience
Proven leadership or foreman experience
Strong layout and blueprint reading skills
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Valid driver's license and clean driving record (company truck provided)
Must pass background
