Job Description

Paint Supervisor (Paint Operations) within Manufacturing facility.  Schedule-Monday-Thursday 7:00a-5:30p (occasional Fridays when needed) Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead paint operations through active engagement on the floor, from process execution to quality control.
  • Conduct comprehensive training for team members and maintain accurate documentation of training activities.
  • Uphold stringent safety standards and promptly address any safety concerns or incidents.
  • Maintain quality standards by identifying and addressing defects in the painting process.
  • Facilitate clear communication among team members and coordinate with other supervisors as needed.
  • Cultivate a positive work environment through consistent, fair leadership and effective communication.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization within the paint department to meet company standards.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in paint operations, demonstrating expertise in quality control.
  • At least 5 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing setting.
  • Proficient in various paint processes, including powder coating and wet paint application.
  • Strong commitment to safety protocols and enforcement.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards.
  • Positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and interpersonal abilities.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment with fluctuating temperatures.
  • Capability to stand for extended periods and move around the facility as necessary.
