Job Title: Packer
Location: Burlington, NC
Shift: 1st Mon 7AM-5PM, Tues-Thurs 8AM-5PM, Fri 8AM-4PM
Pay: $15.00/hour
Job Summary:
The Packer is responsible for preparing products for shipment by accurately packing, labeling, and inspecting items to ensure quality standards are met. This role plays a key part in maintaining efficiency and accuracy within the warehouse or production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Pack finished products according to company standards and customer requirements
Inspect items for defects or damage before packing
Label packages correctly and ensure proper documentation is included
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Meet daily production and quality goals
Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times
Assist with other warehouse or production tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
Ability to lift up to 25–50 lbs, depending on the product
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Previous packing or warehouse experience preferred, but not required
Work Environment:
Warehouse or manufacturing setting
May involve standing, bending, lifting, and repetitive motion
