Job Description

Onsite Recruiter/Coordinator (Bilingual)

Reports to:  National Onsite Program Manager

Status: Direct Hire

Schedule: Varies

Pay Rate: Exempt/salaried + commission

Every shift starts with people—showing up, gearing up, and counting on a safe, well-run workplace. As an Onsite Recruiter/Coordinator (Bilingual), you’ll be the steady, on-the-floor partner who keeps our client’s operation fully staffed, properly onboarded, and working safely. You’ll recruit and support temporary employees, coach supervisors and employees through day-to-day needs, and ensure we meet safety, client policy, and legal compliance requirements—every single day.

What you’ll do
  • Be the onsite face of the program: build strong relationships with client managers, supervisors, and team members to understand staffing needs and keep coverage on track.
  • Recruit with urgency and care: source, screen, and hire qualified temporary employees to build a reliable pipeline for current and future demand.
  • Make day-one a great (and compliant) experience: lead orientation and training, maintain training records, and ensure timekeeping requirements are understood.
  • Lead with safety: deliver safety training, support audits, issue PPE, monitor compliance, and help maintain OSHA and client safety requirements.
  • Support and retain a diverse workforce: strengthen morale and employee relations; investigate issues and incidents as needed; coach and counsel employees and help manage discipline appropriately.
  • Keep records clean and ready: maintain accurate documentation in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other required systems.
  • Turn data into action: prepare KPI and attendance reporting and monitor trends that impact staffing and safety.
  • Partner across teams: coordinate with payroll to support accurate weekly invoicing and assist with HR/benefit programs (including ACA compliance and WOTC certification) as required.
  • Advise and improve: act as a subject matter resource to the client on temporary staffing opportunities and ways to strengthen the partnership.
What success looks like
  • Temporary employees start work trained, equipped with the right PPE, and clear on expectations.
  • Staffing levels consistently meet the client’s needs with a healthy candidate pipeline ready for demand changes.
  • Safety practices are visible and followed—issues are addressed quickly and documented appropriately.
  • Employee questions and concerns are handled promptly and professionally, supporting positive morale and retention.
  • ATS and program documentation are accurate, organized, and audit-ready.
  • Weekly payroll and invoicing inputs are coordinated in a timely, accurate manner.
What you’ll bring
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to source, recruit, and motivate a diverse workforce in manufacturing, warehousing, or staffing environments.
  • Comfort using performance metrics, goals, and reports to help evaluate and improve outcomes.
  • Strong written skills, including documenting issues and writing clear reports.
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as TempWorks, Avionte, Bullhorn, or similar.
  • Education/experience: Associate’s degree and 2+ years’ recruiting or supervisory experience in a manufacturing, warehousing, or staffing environment; or H.S. Diploma and 5 years’ experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to pass stringent background and drug screen requirements.
Work environment & physical demands
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, talk, and hear and is frequently required to feel, touch, and keyboard.
  • Work will be performed in a manufacturing environment and may be performed in a high heat environment.
  • Role is performed under minimal supervision and with reasonable accommodation if required.

If you’re energized by fast-moving staffing needs, enjoy being the person people trust on the floor, and take pride in doing things the right way—safely and compliantly—we’d like to meet you
