Onsite Recruiter/Coordinator (Bilingual)
Reports to: National Onsite Program Manager
Status: Direct Hire
Schedule: Monday-Friday / 2nd Shift / 3:00pm-12:00pm
Pay: $45k-$55k annually + commission
Job Summary:
Under minimal supervision and with reasonable accommodation if required, the Onsite Recruiter/Coordinator is responsible for working at a particular client(s) location in Greensboro/Kernersville, NC area and ensures the best possible and safest provision of temporary employee and related services. Maintains adherence at all times with safety, GPS/client policies, and legal compliance requirements.
Duties:
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all temporary employees including safety training/audits, issuance of PPE, and OSHA compliance.
- Recruit, source, and identify qualified temporary employees to create a candidate pipeline to meet current and future client staffing needs.
- Ensure compliance with Oregon labor laws, Bureau of Labor & Industries regulations, Oregon OSHA, and all applicable federal, state, and local laws and statutes.
- Conduct new employee training, orientation and maintain training records (matrix)
- Ensure positive morale and strong employee relations and investigate issues/incidents as required.
- Manage employee discipline and provide coaching/counseling, as necessary.
- Building relationships with client managers, supervisors, and staff to gain knowledge of their business model and manage staffing levels.
- Supervise check-in and onboarding of new temporary employees, including orientation, training, timekeeping requirements, and management of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safety and health
- Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on employees/applicants using Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Support GPS Human Resources and benefit programs as required (ACA compliance, WOTC certification)
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) to advise client on aspects of temporary staffing and additional areas for partnership/synergy.
- Put together KPI and attendance reports and monitor temporary employees for safety/PPE compliance.
- Assist with safety programs, including HAZCOM, 5-S, and Job Safety Analyses.
- Coordinate with payroll on timeclocks and hours worked and to ensure accuracy of weekly invoices.
- Perform other duties as required or directed by GPS or client management.

- Good written communication skills and ability to document occurrences and write reports.
- Proficiency in utilizing MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and Applicant Tracking software (ATS), such as Avionte,TempWorks, Bullhorn, etc.
- Ability to work efficiently and manage time.

Requirements:
- Associate degree and 2+ years’ recruiting or supervisory experience in a manufacturing, warehousing, or staffing environment; or H.S. Diploma and 5 years’ experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Bilingual abilities (English/Spanish)
- Ability to pass stringent background and drug screen requirements.

- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, talk, and hear and frequently required to feel, touch and keyboard.
- Work will be performed in a manufacturing environment (subject to heat/cold temperatures)
