Position: Direct Hire Internal Sales Representative
Salary: $50k/yr Annually + Sales Commissions
Location: Greensboro, NC - Onsite
Mission:
Increase sales for customers, manage the sales process internally to ensure proper delivery of sales orders and coordinate with internal stakeholders’ customer´s claims and requirements.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Execute outbound campaigns to promote sales.
• Provide information about products’ features, prices etc. and present their benefits to customers.
• Answer incoming calls from prospective customers.
• Record the customer’s personal information accurately into CRM system (Sales Force)
• Receive and input orders into the ERP system (SAP)
• Manage shipment for sales orders to customers with freight company.
• Manage customer claims.
