Graham Personnel Services is supporting our client in Greensboro that has an Account Specialist opening.
This position would provide top-notch support to affiliates and customers. You’ll manage accounts, process card programs, handle inquiries, and support marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Respond to calls and emails.
Manage marketing materials and inventory.
Support affiliates with promotions, refunds, account updates, and card programs.
Track issues and escalate via HubSpot/Jira.
Maintain logs, spreadsheets, and clean inboxes.
Qualifications:
High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred.
5+ years customer service experience.
CRM experience (Salesforce/HubSpot) a plus.
Strong communication and computer skills (MS Office).
Spanish speaking is a bonus.
