Job Description
Qualification Requirements:- Ability to work first shift (7:00am – 3:30pm).
- Employee must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Minimum Qualifications:
- 6 Months office experience preferred, but not required.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operations manual, and written directions.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:- Knowledge of Fourth Shift, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Word
- Computer savvy a plus
- Ability to use time wisely and effectively
- Typing and data entry skills a must
- People skills and management skills are preferred for this position.
- Ability to understand the importance of confidentiality.
Essential Functions:- Apply production times and material usage to Fourth Shift
- Set up Material Orders (MO’s) in Fourth Shift
- Complete shipping records and schedule shipments.
- File paperwork of employee records, safety training, OJT, checklists and distribute information to appropriate personnel.
- Send emails using Outlook.
Physical Demands:- May be required to sit for long periods of time (1-4 hours at a time)
- Exposure to loud noises and extreme temperatures (hot/cold) in production area.
- Exposure to dust and vapors in production area.
- Should have good hearing and vision
Work Environment:Office environment with air conditioning and heating. May be required to work occasionally in production area for minimal durations. Exposure loud noises, extreme temperatures, dust and vapors during time spent in production area.
