Job Description

Graham Personnel Services is seeking a Merchandise Coordinator for a luxury Furniture Manufacturer in Whitsett, NC!
Responsibilities:

Ordering, receiving, and organizing merchandise
Working closely with the buying and marketing teams to ensure that the right products are stocked at the right time
Informing the customers of the promotional products and discount offers
Responding to the customers' inquiries and concerns
Evaluating feature products' sales reports
Resolving customer complaints
Keeping up with the products' sales and overseeing markdowns
Performing data entry to ensure the store's inventory stays current
Assisting in the planning, development, and implementation of merchandising strategies to meet sales and revenue goals
Managing the flow of merchandise through their company’s supply chain
Ensuring that products make it from the manufacturer to the retailer in a timely fashion
Working with retailers to determine which products should be stocked on shelves or placed in storage.

Qualifications:

Previous experience working with furniture
5+ years in Customer Service
Computer Savvy
Detail oriented
