Material Planning & Warehouse Supervisor
*Potential Direct Hire Opportunity!*
Overview: This individual would be responsible for SAP functions in finite production scheduling, material requirements planning and warehouse/inventory management. This would be an in-plant position.
Experience preferred with SAP as well as in production planning, warehouse supervision, and inventory management.

Position Responsibilities

• Production
o Provide daily direction setting for production plan across 8 packaging lines
o Facilitate material requirements planning (MRP) via interactions with purchasing and planning
o Drive and support training and continuous improvement for the team of production colleagues through multiple technical operators
o Ownership of the finite scheduling of the production build plan in SAP
o Responsibility to production metrics and reporting (i.e attainment, etc.)
o Work with Quality to manage non-conforming material through deviation process

• Materials Management
o Execute company direction on layout and process of material storage
o Drive a culture of inventory control from systematic processing to physical movement of material.
o Ownership of MPR process and execution
o Provide direction on materials receiving process
o Ownership of material movements into and out of the plant to and from external warehouses.
o Facilitate warehouse (internal and external) organization to drive FIFO and efficient material flow
o Oversite of production line material sweep/returns
o Oversite for outbound shipments to DC

• Inventory
o Oversee inventory cycle count process
o Reconcile receiving and movement errors
o Reconcile backflush
o Drive improvements in Kanban process to reduce stockouts
o Work with production management team to capture waste and verify consumption of raw materials flows through SAPo Other duties as assigned by plant management
Schedule: 7am-5pm, Monday-Friday
Pay: $35+/hour, Based on Experience
