Job Title: Material Handler
Pay: $18.00 hourly
Hours: Monday-Thursday 7am-5:30pm
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking material handler to join our paint manufacturing team. This role is responsible for cleaning and preparing totes (large containers) for reuse in the production process. The ideal candidate must be able to consistently lift over 50 lbs and be willing to work overtime as needed to meet production demands.
Key Responsibilities:
Wash, rinse, and dry totes according to company and safety standards
Inspect totes for cleanliness and structural integrity
Handle and move totes using proper lifting techniques and/or material handling equipment
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Assist with other general labor tasks as assigned
Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE (Respirator is Required!)
Requirements:
Ability to lift and move over 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift
Willingness to work overtime, including weekends, when necessary
Prior experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment is a plus
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
