Marketing Strategist - Remote Opportunity (Must be local to Greensboro, NC)Salary: $60k+/year (Based on Experience)Schedule: Typically 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
Are you a creative marketing professional with a passion for driving brand growth? We’re looking for a talented Marketing Strategist to join our team! This remote position offers the flexibility to work from home, but candidates must be local enough to occasionally travel to our Greensboro, NC location as needed.
In this role, you’ll develop, execute, and monitor marketing programs across various channels to promote our brand and services. You’ll be responsible for creating engaging content, enhancing brand awareness, and using data to drive marketing success.Key Responsibilities:

Design and execute marketing programs to meet specific objectives across multiple channels, in line with our overall strategic marketing plan.
Develop engaging content for our website, blog, and campaigns that attracts and converts our target audience.
Analyze sales and marketing data to develop best practices and optimize marketing efforts.
Manage and direct advertising traffic to appropriate channels.
Strengthen and maintain the organization’s brand through all media platforms.
Organize and simplify service offerings for better customer understanding.
Coordinate with external vendors and partners on co-branded materials, campaigns, and promotional efforts.
Utilize marketing automation tools (HubSpot preferred) to streamline processes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding—experience in healthcare marketing is a plus.
Experience with electronic marketing automation software, particularly HubSpot, is highly preferred.
Excellent time management, multitasking, and organizational skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Exceptional copywriting and content creation skills.

Working Conditions:

Some travel required (less than 10%) to company offices, customer sites, and events.
Flexible office environment—work from home when not traveling.
Travel locations may include company offices, medical sites, trade shows, and events.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to operate office machinery (computer, printer, phone, etc.).
Ability to travel by car or air for business-related purposes.
Must be able to occasionally lift up to 20 lbs.
Willingness to meet vendor certification requirements (e.g., immunizations).
