Job Summary
We are seeking an Expeditor to support procurement, operations, and project teams by ensuring materials, shipments, and purchase orders are delivered on time and aligned with project schedules. This role is responsible for tracking orders, coordinating with vendors, resolving delivery issues, and maintaining accurate ERP records in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Track and monitor purchase orders, shipments, and delivery schedules
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely material availability
- Identify and resolve delivery delays, shortages, and scheduling issues
- Maintain accurate ERP system records and documentation
- Support procurement and supply chain activities
- Collaborate with warehouse, operations, and project teams to meet production timelines
- Escalate supply chain risks and recommend solutions as needed
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4 years of purchasing, expediting, supply chain, or materials management experience
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems
- Team-oriented with strong attention to detail

Monday-Thursday 7:00AM-5:30PM
Friday 7:00AM-11:30AM
