Maintenance Technician – High Point, NC
? Pay: $18–$25/hr (based on experience)

A local High Point manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join their team. This is a full-time position with strong long-term potential.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine and extensive preventative maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems.
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment and plant systems, including the facility’s main power supply.
Complete both minor and major repairs on buildings, equipment, and machinery.
Diagnose and repair electrical systems, control circuits, and replace faulty components as needed.
Troubleshoot three-phase motors and PLC (Programmable Logic Controls) applications.
Apply working knowledge of relay logic in equipment troubleshooting and repair.
Calibrate and repair pneumatic systems as well as various mechanical components to ensure peak production performance.
Maintain accurate documentation of all scheduled and completed maintenance tasks.
Perform additional duties as assigned to support operational needs.
Qualifications:
Previous industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience required.
Strong electrical troubleshooting skills.
Experience with PLCs, relay logic, pneumatic systems, and production equipment is strongly preferred.
Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
