Maintenance Technician
A Maintenance Technician job is available in Hannibal, MO with Graham Personnel Services. This is a full-time, 1st shift job opportunity working Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:30pm.
The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for proper repair and maintenance work on process equipment within a manufacturing plant. This is a full-time, 1st shift position.
Some of the Qualifications/Requirements of the Maintenance Technician include:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Experience in a maintenance position within a manufacturing facility
- Electrician's license a plus
- Must work well in a team environment
- Must be able to bend, stoop, push, pull and lift up to 50 lbs as needed
- Must be able to walk or stand or climb ladders throughout the shift
Some of the Responsibilities of the Maintenance Technician include:
- Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and correcting maintenance issues
- Suggesting improvements to process methods for safety, quality and cost
- Assist with machine preventative maintenance
- Perform repairs to mechanical components, electrical controls, pneumatics, hydraulics, safety circuits, PLC's, and other equipment as necessary
- Read and understand blueprints, machine, and shop drawings
- Safely use shop equipment like band-saws, milling machines, lathes, grinders, and welders
