Maintenance TechnicianPay: $31 - $32 per hourHybrid Shift - Shift starts between 10 am and 12 noon depending on production. End times will vary depending on the start time and can run as late as 9:30pm at times. Responsible for supervising new installations and construction along with being responsible for maintaining grounds, facility, facility equipment, and preventive/predictive maintenance programs. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Troubleshoots problems with the facility and facility equipment.
Requisitions repairs or recommends replacements based on diagnosis of problems.
Supervises and coordinates installations and/or repairs of equipment, electrical, gas, air, water, and sewer by working with outside contractors.
Works to expedite installations and/or repairs to avoid delays in production.
Obtains competitive quotes from reputable and quality vendors when pricing for goods and/or services.
Assists in the training of operation of facility equipment.
Maintains an ongoing preventative/predictive maintenance program for facility and facility equipment.
Maintains an organized parts inventory.
Job Requirements:
Physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged standing, sitting, lifting, and other activities necessary to perform job duties.
Able to lift 50 lbs.
Ability to work as team member and meet assigned deadlines.
Work comfortably in a fast paced environment.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Follow safety standards in working with multiple services, tools, and equipment.
Perform any and all other duties as instructed by leadership and management.
