Maintenance manager This role is responsible for leading a small team in maintaining and improving two manufacturing facilities located in Ennis TX. Duties include but are not limited to, Maintaining a safe work environment.Actively participates in all plant safety and quality initiativesWorking closely with production and plant management to schedule jobs in a timely and effective mannerMaintaining and improving CMMS systemsHelp maintenance technicians troubleshoot and resolve problemsProvides regular performance feedback and oversees development/training plans for maintenance personnel.Develops and schedules comprehensive preventive maintenance plans for all manufacturing lines.Conducts regular inspections of equipment.Develops and maintains a critical equipment and parts list.Must be hands -on and willing to help technicians troubleshoot and repair facilities and equipment.Must have availability to work overtime daily or on weekends. Flexibility to support /train across shifts. Experience requiredMinimum 5 years in an industrial maintenance setting Minimum of 2 years of a leadership role. Pay rate: 30.00
